Shipping
Orders will be sent with Australia Post.
Orders will be a charged a shipping fee of approximately $9.99.
Local orders with free delivery in Macedon Ranges Victoria, Australia, selected with a delivery address with in this area, are delivered on Fridays.
We are open normal business hours 8:30 am – 5pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
If you are not home or available to accept the delivery during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to ensure you have provided ‘Authority to leave’ with Australia Post
Please find approximate delivery times below from the day the order is placed to when it should be received:
Australian capital cities: 1-8 business days
Other areas: 7-14 business days
Refunds & Exchanges
If there is an error with your order on arrival, or you are dissatisfied with the product in any way please contact us by email at info@teaofearth.com.au, and we will do our best to promptly assist you.
If deemed necessary we will process a refund, exchange or replacement upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Tea of earth is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Tea of earth and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
International Shipping
Please email info@teaofearth.com.au if your country for shipping isn’t available at checkout with information on the products you are interested in ordering along with your address and we can quote delivery cost and time for you.
